Andanga provides a comprehensive platform for boutique owners to create and manage their online presence, process orders, handle payments, and coordinate logistics. We also operate a marketplace where customers can discover and purchase products from verified boutiques.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Boutique Owner Responsibilities

If you operate a boutique on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and inventory data
• Fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Maintain appropriate business licenses and permits
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

Boutique owners are responsible for paying subscription fees according to their selected plan. Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

Transaction Fees

We charge transaction fees on orders processed through our platform. These fees are clearly disclosed in our pricing information and are deducted from transaction proceeds.

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Andanga or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andanga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
